A few folks (for some strange reason) have asked me what happened at my past IM Florida disasters so I've dug deep into the archives and borrowed a smidge of my clubs website space to bring to you my diary/race & run up reports from '04 & '05.
They're a bit long and drawn out and both start in the week leading up to race day (but you can soon scroll past that).
